Delta Dunia (DOID) Subsidiary Establishes New Entity


Jakarta,- PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama or BUMA established a new subsidiary.

A subsidiary of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama or BUMA established a new subsidiary, namely PT Bukit Makmur Internasional (BMI).


This was announced by the President Director of BUMA, Indra Dammen Kanoena in the IDX Information Disclosure, Jakarta, Monday (6/5).


"The Company established a new subsidiary named PT Bukit Makmur Internasional (BMI) based on the deed of establishment of BMI limited liability company no. 74 dated April 30, 2024 and has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights," explained Indra.


It was not explained what field BMI would move in, but Indra admitted that BUMA's ownership in BMI was 99.6 percent or as many as 249 shares with a total nominal value of IDR 2.49 billion.


While the remaining 0.4 percent is owned by PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID).


"There is no material impact on the company's legal operations, financial condition, or business continuity from the establishment of this subsidiary," concluded Indra.
